I recently saw an intriguing video by Mark Felton:
This is another video on the same topic:
The standard narrative is that Hitler died in his Fuhrerbunker on 30th April 1945. After hearing that Gen. Steiner’s attack couldn’t proceed as planned, due to there literally being no troops available, he berated his senior staff and admitted openly that all was lost. He then laid out his will and testament, married his long-time girlfriend Eva Braun, and then he along with his new wife ended their own lives.
Hitler and Braun’s corpses were then burnt outside of the bunker, where they were buried in kind.
Allied findings
Stalin, the USSR’s head, wanted to find Hitler’s body after hearing the news he had died. As his troops - as opposed to the Western Allies - were in Berlin and had captured the capital accordingly, he was best placed to ensure this.
Findings by Soviet secret services tentatively concluded remains found outside of the bunker were those of Hitler and Braun.
However, studies years later found that the dentition records, of the alleged corpse of Braun were not consistent with the purported story of their deaths.
Moreover, a mandible (,i.e. jaw bone) in Russian archives which was said to be Hitler’s is female. We all know that, in German, he was “Der Furher” and not “Die Fuhrer”. And only his sisters would have been called “Frau Hitler”.
Hitler was quite sick at the time of his alleged death. He was noted to have had a shaking hand and had symptoms of paranoia. This could be due to drug withdrawal, or signs of Parkinson’s disease. He also was very frail, and not very mobile, and his personal doctor remarked that his health was taking a major turn for the worse.
Even if he hadn't died at that point, it is likely he wouldn’t have lived for much longer.
So what happened to his body?
This is the sixty-million dollar question.
If the official narrative is incorrect, in that he didn’t die vis suicide in his bunker, then where was his body?
Where did he go?
What truly happened to him?
This remains a mystery to this day. It is unlikely that Hitler would still be alive today. Born in 1889, he’d be 135 years old. The oldest verifiable person ever was 122 years old at the time of her death.
And as aforecited, he was quite sick when he died, at the age of 56.
There are various points then in terms of how he died, ranging from the plausible to the wacky:
He and Braun committed suicide but were not cremated per the established narrative
It could be that after death, their corpses were taken to a nearby place and eradicated in a local fire. The ashes were then deposited in the ground, or dumped in a nearby stream or pond. Perhaps Hitler, off the record without formal documentation, gave SS or regular Wehrmacht officers the orders, thus fulfilling his desire to die without being captured by the Soviets or Allies at large.
With all of the destruction in Berlin at that point, distinguishing their ashes from the surrounding debris would have been difficult.
Escaped to a nearby safehouse, where his location was concealed
Perhaps he left the bunker and entered a nearby location, where local Wehrmacht personnel cared for him. Maybe all senior personnel, including those lower down in the chain of command, swore to keep his location secret. He may have committed suicide at that location, along with his new wife, and possibly this new site could burn his body and dispose of the remains more adequately.
Left Berlin for a foreign country
A common conspiracy theory is that Hitler escaped to Argentina. In the wilderness, he and other top Nazi brass hid out, and thus escaped Allied attention and capture.
However, he was quite sick at this time, and thus long-distance travel wasn’t advisable. Moreover, the Soviets had surrounded Berlin and an armed land breakout would have been difficult to do without detection.
The Allies also had total air supremacy at this point, as the Luftwaffe had been severely curtailed. A Nazi plane would have been spotted by the Allies and intercepted in kind.
If he had taken a submarine to Argentina, then again the Allies had naval supremacy. A sub would have been detected, and to have been disclosed in the Atlantic for thousands of miles without being spotted is fanciful. The British had also seized Bremen and Hamburg, which as major ports were homes to the U-boats.
Argentina had joined the Allies at this point and surely must have known that Hitler would have entered their waters and territory. So would it have been treachery to have supported a fallen enemy, whilst having declared war on him prior. Yes, Germany would have surrendered by the time he’d have disembarked. But for this theory to have been valid, then Argentina would have been wholly unaware of this or specifically permitted Hitler to reside there. Of course, the most senior Allies, the British, Americans and Soviets, would not have approved of a junior Ally housing the leader of a recently fallen mutual enemy.
Allied intelligence also was first-class, much of this driven by the British services. Whilst nothing is perfect, and human error can result, it would have been an extraordinary oversight for the Allies not to have noted Hitler moving to another continent.
What can one conclude?
It’s likely that we don’t and won’t ever know the truth.
It’s unlikely that Hitler would be alive today.
Though clearly the truth has been covered up, or deliberately clouded.
However, in 2018, a French team granted access to the Russian-held remains. A study confirmed that the teeth were Hitler’s.
This may not end the conspiracy theories in total. However, it’s clear that the common narrative as disclosed for decades shouldn’t be taken at face value.
